Mountain Mike’s Pizza is a chain of pizzerias located mainly along the West Coast of the United States, primarily in Northern California. They have additional locations in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Idaho.
The first Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant was established in 1978 in Palo Alto, California.
Back in 1978, friends Chris Britt and Ed St. Geme were doing their undergrad work at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. That year, they became the founders and co-owners of Mountain Mike’s Pizza, located next to the university campus.
Their little restaurant had a relaxing family atmosphere and some really great pizza. Mountain Mike’s Pizza has since blossomed into a leading pizza brand from that one restaurant.
Today, Mountain Mike’s Pizza has more than 250 restaurants across California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and Idaho.
Mountain Mike’s mission was and still is to provide the highest-quality pizza using the freshest ingredients.
The Mountain Mike’s menu also includes chicken wings, garlic sticks, dessert pizzas, a lunch buffet, and a salad bar.

Mountain Mike’s offers fundraising programs to help raise money for local schools, academic clubs, youth sports teams, church groups, charities, and other non-profit organizations.
