| Online shopping has had a huge impact on brick-and-mortar stores. Now, add a global pandemic to that and Canadian retailers have been left walking a tight rope. COVID-19 brought on forced closures which decreased consumer spending. Despite government aid to retailers, some have been left unable to pay even their rent. Many retailers have been forced to shut their doors, forever. Here are just some of Canada’s retailers that will be out of business in 2020. |
