Tim Curci and Chris Parker of Petersburg, Florida, love fishing. They love catching fish, cooking it and serving it to friends and family.

In January 2000 they had an idea to open a casual dining seafood restaurant. So, they did, and they called it Bonefish Grill.

Bonefish Grill is an American casual dining seafood restaurant chain owned and operated by Bloomin’ Brands, which is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

Bonefish Grill’s 174 U.S. restaurant locations.

Today, there are 174 Bonefish Grill
restaurants across the United States.

On October 5, 2001, with just three Bonefish Grill locations, the company was acquired by Bloomin’ Brands, one of the world’s largest casual dining restaurant companies.

In 2006, Bonefish Grill announced
the opening of its 100th restaurant. 

Most of the Bonefish Grill restaurants are open for dinner only. However, some of them are now open for weekend brunch, with a full menu of omelets and other breakfast foods. Some restaurant locations are offering lunch menus, with items not found on the dinner menu.

just for you. The menu is also available in Spanish and braille. They are also able to help with any allergy concerns.
