Best Buy: New In-Home Advisor Program
The Smart Home is Here!
Smart home technology has arrived and it’s turning our dumb houses into high-tech heavens! That said, there’s lots to know about what devices are best for you and your home. Smart Home technology is new and exciting, and for the average consumer it can be downright intimidating. Enter, Best Buy’s In-Home Advisor Program!
Where to begin, what to buy?
Best Buy understands that consumers need help in knowing what is available and selecting the right Smart Home technology for their needs. In response to that need, Best Buy’s new In-Home Advisor program is currently rolling out nationwide.
This free in-home service features Best Buy employees who have deep knowledge of the various Smart Home technologies. The advisors meet with customers in their homes and provide advice and guidance on connected home devices, covering everything from setting up home assistants that will turn lights off and on, improve the efficiency of home appliances, provide music, control home temperature, lock and unlock doors, and so much more.
Best Buy’s company’s mission is to offer customers the best products on the market.
Best Buy wants its customers to have the best products available and, that means even showcasing their competitors’ products. By the end of October, 450 Best Buy stores will have a Smart Home powered by Vivint section, and 1,500 Smart Home employees will join the team. Best Buy will be rolling out new Amazon Alexa and Google Home assistant experiences to 700 stores. Best Buy employees will demonstrate the smart home technology and Geek Squad members will help with support and installation. Now, that’s teamwork, that’s commitment!
